What we need from you
About 20 minutes during onboarding. After that, your time goes into interviews.
Your resume
Your current resume (PDF or Word). We use only what’s true in it and anything you add to your profile.
Your preferences
Target job titles, seniority, locations, remote or on-site, salary expectations, work authorisation and companies to avoid.
Portal access
The email and job-portal logins we’ll apply with, stored in an encrypted vault, plus your written authorisation to apply on your behalf.
Your dashboard
What you’ll see every day
Every application, with the company, role, date and time in your time zone, job link, status and the exact resume used.

Ethics and consent
Is it okay for someone else to apply on my behalf?
Yes, with your permission. You authorise us in writing during onboarding, you choose the roles and companies, and every application is visible to you as soon as it’s sent.
Do job portals allow this?
Some job portals’ terms restrict sharing your account. We show you a plain-language notice about this during onboarding, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Will you ever exaggerate my experience?
No. Tailored resumes only use experience, skills and dates from your master profile. An automatic check blocks anything that isn’t there.
Who can see my logins?
Only your assigned specialist, and only while they’re assigned to you. Every reveal is logged, admins can’t see the values, and you can change or delete them at any time.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing whenever you like. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your history stays available to you.
